propuesta para postergar la implementaci\u00f3n del Reglamento (UE) 2023\/1115 para las cadenas libres de deforestaci\u00f3n, que se extender\u00eda hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de diciembre de data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Desde el inicio de la propuesta de reglamento, la Argentina expres\u00f3 sus preocupaciones y cuestionamientos respecto a varios aspectos de esta medida unilateral, y present\u00f3 distintos reclamos ante la Uni\u00f3n Europea, tanto en forma individual como en gestiones conjuntas, con un grupo numeroso de terceros pa\u00edses, de manera bilateral y ante los foros multilaterales correspondientes.<\/p><p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que dentro de las instancias recientes de debate se destacan especialmente los planteos realizados en la reuni\u00f3n bilateral del Comit\u00e9 Conjunto Argentina &#8211; UE en el mes de junio; la reuni\u00f3n del Consejo del Comercio de Mercanc\u00edas de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Comercio en julio; la Declaraci\u00f3n Ministerial del Consejo Agropecuario del Sur (CAS, conformado junto a Brasil, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay y Uruguay) publicada en la reuni\u00f3n del 27 de julio de 2024 en Buenos Aires y la nota remitida al Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.<\/p><p>En esa direcci\u00f3n, durante la \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n del CAS celebrada en el marco de la Reuni\u00f3n de Ministros de Agricultura del G20, este Consejo decidi\u00f3 reclamar ante la Comisi\u00f3n Europea la respuesta a las notas enviadas.<br \/>Adem\u00e1s, Argentina trabaja coordinadamente en Bruselas con un grupo de pa\u00edses afines, junto a los que se firmaron 2 notas (julio 2022 y septiembre 2023) y se acord\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de una nueva solicitud en estos d\u00edas.<\/p><p>Nuestro pa\u00eds cuestiona la compatibilidad del reglamento con la normativa de la OMC, que exige que este tipo de medidas no se constituyan en una barrera encubierta con efectos distorsivos sobre el comercio internacional. Se manifest\u00f3 asimismo la preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de precisiones sobre la implementaci\u00f3n del reglamento, que generaban incertidumbre entre los operadores comerciales, a solo tres meses de su posible entrada en vigor.<\/p><p>Se espera que el Parlamento Europeo y el Consejo Europeo den el visto bueno a la propuesta de la Comisi\u00f3n, en l\u00ednea con los reclamos realizados por nuestro pa\u00eds. Argentina propondr\u00e1 ahora en el marco del CAS realizar acciones ante ambas instancias.<\/p><p>El Gobierno Nacional continuar\u00e1 trabajando junto con los productores y exportadores de las distintas cadenas de valor para abogar por normativas y est\u00e1ndares acordes a la legislaci\u00f3n internacional, que contemplen las distintas realidades locales y favorecer su inserci\u00f3n en los mercados mundiales ante el incremento de requerimientos basado en nuevos atributos. En esta l\u00ednea, se implementar\u00e1 un marco voluntario para facilitar el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica por parte de distintas herramientas de diferenciaci\u00f3n que permitan dar cumplimiento a dichos requisitos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d511a62 elementor-widget-divider--view-line_icon
